Does it count as being a fan?

Hi all!
Ok, so I was listening to the song bad romance by Lady gaga and this question came to me..
I really don't care for lady gaga. However, I like two of her songs.."bad romance," and "just dance."
Does that count as being a fan of lady gaga if you only like 2 songs? Lol..:)
Another thing I find interesting is I'm not to keen on the song lyrics..(mostly for just dance..) but the beat of the song is awesome! (the reason I'm not keen on the lyrics of just dance is cause it's okaying the drinking in clubs not knowing where you're at hooking up with people...) etc. etc.
But, I really do like the message of, "just dance and have fun!" even though lots of drinking and such aren't fun to me that much really..(Once in a great while, but it's rare very rare for me to drink to get completely drunk..I can count on 1 hand how many times that has happened..)
But wow, I'm just all over the post on this one lol! Hahaha! :)

If you only like part of a song, you don't like that song, you only like that part. there are songs that have awesome guitar parts, but which I don't like. For instance, life in the fast lane by the eagles. Hate the song, love the intro.
And why would you not like lyrics because they ok drinking and clubbing? I mean, the song last caress talks about rape and baby killing, things that are evil and which I would never do, but I still like the song. Its a song, its not like you have to do those things. I never understand why people get so hung up on messages.

Meh...I guess you could be considered a fan. Lol. Myself, I only really like her song Judas, mostly just for the beat.

I like a lot of songs by bands in general that I don't really like. I wouldn't say I'm a fan of the band but of the song.

I'd say it counts as being a fan. A huge fan? I wouldn't say so, but a fan nevertheless. I'd say if you like just one song then you're only a fan of that song, but if you like more than one song, then you're at least somewhat of a fan of the artist. I definitely agree with Cody about lyrics and messages. You don't have to like the lyrics to like the song.
